What I can do
I am responsible for a variety of tasks pertaining to HR. They include organization's HR programs and policies as they apply to employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety, performance and staffing levels. I also oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff. I consult with top executives on strategic planning, and serve as a link between the organization's management and the employees.
Skillset
I have hands on experience in planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees. As I have strong interpersonal skills, so I listen and resolve employee problems and provide counseling to employees and supervisors.
